Refund Policy

- Refund would only be given in case of cancellation or unavailability of the preceptor/attending physician on the previously confirmed time slot.
- Date change or credit for another rotation would be given based on availability of slots
- Refund in case of emergencies would be addressed on case by case basis
- In other circumstances, if processed , refunds would be 50% of the rotation cost.
- Any fee paid directly to the hospital/clinic is non-refundable.
